In support of Breast Cancer Awareness month, and in loving memory of a dear friend who passed away on 9/23/11 of breast cancer, we have pinked-out our logo on Facebook and Twitter for the month of October.

The color pink, and particularly the pink ribbon, have become international symbols of breast cancer awareness. During the month of October, the NFL features players, coaches and refs wearing pink apparel. Delta Airlines flies a special pink airplane. So here at Nology, we have decided to do our small part by by sharing different articles, campaigns and inspiring stories throughout October to help spread awareness of all that is being done to prevent, treat and eventually eliminate breast cancer. Please join us in posting and tweeting about #bcam.

Also, in conjunction with our mission for the month, we are partnering with Seattle Weekly for their Pinktober Happy Hour for Hope on Wednesday, October 5 at the Hardrock Cafe downtown. Proceeds from the event benefit The American Cancer Society. Hope to see you – and your friends – there!
